Money laundering case: Soren moves SC against fresh summons by ED
Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren has moved the Supreme Court against fresh summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case. Soren argues that the case is an “abuse of law” by the central government and a “misuse of central agencies” to destabilize his democratically elected government. He has requested the court to declare the ED summons unconstitutional and void.
